Your card information is available only to Paypal and is never passed to A Genuine Rattbag. Should you wish to pay by cheque contact me by phone or email.

Returns: Each bag is made to exacting standards resulting in a high quality product. However if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately at info@agenuinerattbag.co.uk to discuss options for refund, exchange or replacement. Please do not return an item without first making contact by email, it is then easier to track the return. The buyer is responsible for all original postage costs as well as postage to return the bag. The bag must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. Once the item has been approved for return and is received in its original condition with tags and packaging then a refund will be made.
